Terms & waiver
General terms & conditions
Sessions are private hire of the REVIVE recovery suite for up to 4 people, 60 minutes. Prices are per session, not per person.
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time; cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the session.
Passes are valid for one month from purchase and are non-transferable.
Limitless Plus pricing requires an active Limitless Plus membership — bookings made on Plus pricing without a valid membership may be cancelled.
REVIVE may close for maintenance or safety reasons; affected bookings will be rescheduled or refunded. Statutory rights unaffected.
General terms of use
Arrive at reception 15 minutes before your session starts. Towels are provided.
Your booking is the full hour — please be changed and out of the suite by the end of your session so staff can prepare it for the next booking.
Shower before using the sauna and before entering the cold plunge. No oils, lotions, fake tan or heavy makeup in the plunge.
Swimwear must be worn at all times by all users of the sauna, cold plunge and shower area. The suite is CCTV-monitored — anyone using the facility without swimwear will have their session ended and may be barred from future bookings.
Sexual activity anywhere in the suite is strictly prohibited. The suite is CCTV-monitored; any such conduct will result in the session being terminated without refund, a permanent ban from REVIVE and Limitless Fitness, and referral to police where appropriate.
Do not use the sauna or cold plunge under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
There is no toilet inside the suite — use the main gym toilets, and cover up before leaving the suite.
Group bookings may use the shower cubicles in the main changing rooms. Cover up whenever moving between the suite and the changing rooms.
No food inside the recovery suite. Drinks in sealed non-glass bottles only.
Do not use the suite with an open wound, skin infection, or stomach bug.
Users must be 16 or over. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult in their party.
Maximum 4 people per session. The account holder is responsible for the conduct of their party.
Follow posted session time limits and safety guidance at all times.
Health & liability waiver
By creating an account and using REVIVE you confirm the following:
None of these apply to me — or where one does, my GP has approved my use of sauna and cold-water immersion:
- Heart condition or history of cardiovascular disease
- Irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia)
- Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, or medication affecting blood pressure or circulation
- Diabetes
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy or history of seizures or fainting
- Raynaud's syndrome or cold urticaria (cold allergy)
- A condition that prevents normal sweating (anhidrosis)
- Sensitivity or allergy to chlorine — the plunge water is chlorinated
- Recent surgery, open wounds, or acute illness or fever
If any of these apply and you do not have GP approval, do not book — speak to the Limitless Fitness Stirling team first.
I understand cold-water immersion carries a risk of cold-water shock, heat exposure carries risks including dizziness and fainting, and floors around the plunge and shower may be wet and slippery. I use the facility at my own risk and will follow all posted safety guidance and session time limits.
I understand the main area of the recovery suite is monitored by CCTV for safety purposes (the shower area is not covered by CCTV), and that staff may enter the room in an emergency. If I book alone, I accept my session is monitored for my own safety.
I am responsible for everyone in my booking, and all members of my party must meet the health conditions above.
By accepting, I confirm the declarations above are true and that I have read and understood this waiver.
