Who we are
REVIVE is a recovery suite operated by Limitless Fitness Stirling at Unit 3, 35 Burghmuir Road, Stirling FK7 7PB. For anything relating to your personal data, contact stirling@limitlessgym247.com.
What we collect and why
Account and booking details — your name, email address, phone number, password and booking history, collected when you create an account and book sessions. We use these to run your bookings, contact you about your sessions, and apply Limitless Plus pricing where it applies. Bookings and accounts are managed by our booking provider, bsport.
Payment details — payments are processed by bsport and their payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Health declaration — at signup you confirm the health and liability declaration. We record that you accepted it; the declaration is a self-confirmation and we do not collect details of any medical condition.
Marketing preferences — we only send marketing email or SMS if you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account or by contacting us.
CCTV — the main area of the recovery suite is monitored by CCTV for the safety of everyone using it. The shower area is not covered. Footage is used only for safety and security purposes and is not shared except where the law requires it.
Website analytics — this site uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use it and to measure advertising. These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. None of them receive your booking or health information.
Legal bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you (accounts, bookings, payments), for our legitimate interests in running a safe facility (CCTV, the acceptance record of the health declaration), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent for marketing and analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
bsport (booking platform), Stripe (payments), and our analytics providers listed above. Limitless Plus membership status is checked against Limitless Fitness membership records to apply member pricing. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. CCTV footage is retained for a limited period and then overwritten, unless it is needed for an incident.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. Email stirling@limitlessgym247.com to exercise any of these. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
